Last night at the Toboso Methodist Church monthly Gospel Sing, it was requested that I do ” The Tunnel Bum ” song which Brink Brinkman and I wrote.
I told the story about Jim Farmer and him living in the little camper by the tunnel in Hanover. Then I played and sang the song.
When the Gospel Sing was over, two separate individuals came to me and said….
” You made me cry tonight. That song really touched my heart. ”
The song has never made me a dime to put in the bank. But….how much more valuable is it for your song to touch someone’s heart?
